Switzer Farm Wedding | Marie & Andrew
The talented Kathryn Kenna planned this memorable wedding at the scenic Switzer Farm in Westport, California. The lovely bride wore a strapless eyelet layered gown and veil from Houghton NYC. Her hair was styled into an updo and topped with a white and gold headpiece that coordinated with her ornate gold earrings. She carried a pageant bouquet made up of white, purple, and green flowers with long green stems and tied with a peach ribbon from Windy Hollow Farm and Bloom and Dye. She met her groom at the end of the outdoor aisle where he stood in his unique navy blue and white tie dyed suit from Dries Van Notten.
The couple said I do beneath a pergola covered with white flowers and draping greenery surrounded by friends and family. Sea Forager Band provided lively music during the cocktail hour while we snuck away from some bride and groom portraits taking full advantage of the gorgeous scenery. Guests then headed to a tent reception where long, wooden tables were decorated with numerous colorful floral centerpieces set in gold vases. Tall, white taper candles in gold candleholders set the tables aglow. White menus with colorful accents sat at each place settings. Three cakes lined the dessert table decorated with white and chocolate buttercream and adorned with colorful flowers for guests after their dinner. Fun headpiece accessories were available for guests while taking to the dance floor to celebrate the joyous union where even the family dog joined in on the fun.
