Flood Mansion Wedding | Jenny & Jacob
Kathryn Kenna planned this upscale wedding at the Flood Mansion in San Francisco, CA. The grand staircase, marble floors, and cathedral coffered ceiling provided a unique backdrop for amazing portraits. The blushing bride wore a chapel length boat neck gown with bow back from Sareh Nouri. Artists by Sherrie Long and Rachel Lusk had the bride’s hair and makeup looking picture perfect with her classic chignon updo topped with a ribbon trimmed veil. Loop Flowers artfully crafted the florals including the bridal party’s white floral bouquets with greenery and the groomsmen’s boutonnieres. The groom awaited his bride outdoors for an emotional first look portrait session. The arched stained glass windows let natural light flood the sanctuary as the bride made her way down the aisle to exchange vows with her tuxedo clad groom. With the bridesmaids nearby in varying styles of pastel pink dresses and groomsmen in their tuxedos, this couple tied the knot in an intimate ceremony. Guests then headed to a memorable reception for dinner and dancing. Clear crystal hurricane candleholders held tall, green taper candles and white votives on the reception tables atop white tablecloths. Yellow, blue, and white colored floral centerpieces with greenery added a fragrant touch. White dinnerware with white napkins and white menus awaited guests with a delectable meal followed by cake from Flour and Bloom Cakes. The Mansion’s terraces allowed space for us to capture some intimate bridal portraits as the newlyweds stepped outside. Guests danced the night away celebrating the new Mr. and Mrs.
