Flood Mansion Wedding | Danielle & Adam
Claire Curran Events planned this unforgettable wedding that started with a welcome dinner. The bride to be welcomed guests to the couple’s wedding weekend in a chartreuse green silk gown with high neck and slit on back of bodice and skirt while the groom to be chose a black suit jacket paired with black pants and a plain white tee shirt. Guests enjoyed a casual dinner with drinks and mingling before the big weekend.
The bride spent a relaxing morning getting pampered for the big day with hair and makeup done by Artists by Sherrie Long. Her hair was styled into a low chignon and topped with a veil and finished off with soft makeup. She was radiant in her off the shoulder A line style timelessly classic Carolina Herrera gown as she met her groom in his classic black tuxedo for a first look. After some pre-ceremony portraits the bride headed down the aisle outside the Flood Mansion to exchange vows with her groom. She carried a white floral long stemmed bouquet createad by McCall’s that featured a pearl rosary wrapped around the stems.
After the ceremony, guests mingled during an outdoor cocktail hour accompanied by appetizers. Guests then went indoors for a reception with a sit down dinner. Long tables were covered with white tablecloths with black chairs with white cushions. White dinnerware and silver flatware made up the place settings. Brightly colored flower centerpieces in clear glass vases sat beside white votives and tall, pale blue tapers in glass candleholders. After dinner guests were served a decadent cake from Flour & Bloom. The bride then changed into a short, white silk dress with white fringe and white and red sneakers for dancing with those nearest and dearest.
